talesofHeya Tales community! I am here to advertise artes_tcg, a Tales series trading card game here on Dreamwidth.
The currently available decks of cards are listed here, with the upcoming decks (due for release on the 25th, which is today where I come from and still tomorrow for a lot of people) shown here. You might want to wait until after the new decks are added before you join, especially if one of your favourites is upcoming!
If you've never played an online trading card game before, the gist is that you participate in games to earn cards. If you want to keep some of those cards, great! Do so, and when you have all the cards in a particular deck, you get to master it for other rewards. If you aren't interested in the cards you earn, stick them in a pile to trade with others for cards you do want. I'm an old hand at online TCGs, so if you have any further questions or are just curious about the process, feel free to ask!
I am also here to say I hope you're looking forward to the coming year of Tales. With Symphonia Chronicles and Xillia 2 due for release and the development of Zestiria to keep up with, it promises to be an exciting time.
